          It's okay! It's okay to feel confused and lost, It's okay to not know where you belong or who you are, Life's a journey and sometimes messy and complicated, but you will find your way back. It's all a part of experience on this earth, You're creating yourself everyday, take a moment to breath...Feel it, Feel it wash over you like an ocean wave and relax you, You'll be okay, you are not the only one who sometimes feel lonely and insecure like no one understands you, take time to understand and accept yourself, Feel your emotions, take time to notice them and validate them, they wont be there forever, even if it sometimes feels like they will. 

          The universe is supporting you and is on your side, not against you. Let go of the millions of things you worry about, feel it drift off into the breeze and feel yourself become lighter, it will all be taken care of. Life's tough sometimes but you are tougher, you are capable of doing anything you are beautiful and your worth the world, simply because your were born and that will never go away. Sometimes you don't feel strong or capable or worthy but you are. 

          Challenge yourself and find yourself out of your comfort zone because that's where you'll find the person you want to be, the person that deep down you are. Take small steady steps to get to your goals and you will make it. Bring along your humour, passion, patience and compassion to yourself for this journey and it will be a beautiful one. 

          Live your life, laugh until your stomach hurts, eat lots of chocolate, stay up late with your friends, because those moments matter, those little moments make up your life. Be thankful for all that you have, take time to notice all the beauty around you, appreciate yourself because you are perfectly imperfect and nothing will be ever perfectly perfect, because that's the beautiful thing about humanity. We all have flaws and that makes us perfect, so have the courage to accept yourself stand up for what you believe. Be kind because the world needs more of that and remember enjoy the journey!

A Roller Coaster Ride!!..

                 "And finally pass away with a radiant smile, and that will be the time I'll still be glowing"    I got caught up in a fascinating view of the lake. What a spectacular evening it was! The sunset, the lush green landscapes encircling the lake, the birds twittering the dawn chorus, and I contemplating myself around the gentle cool breeze all of a sudden that made me shiver for a while, was it due to the puff of air or due to the enthralling view or was it due to all the uncanny scenarios I was going through? I had no idea where I was heading in my life. Is it the right path that I have chosen?
